You are scheduled to tour the Burnet Birthing Center, we will walk through any questions you have during our consultation.

Please check the email you provided, and your spam folders, we will email you a health history form to complete before you arrive. If it is not completed ahead of time, we will reschedule so your visit can be as helpful as possible.
